Tried to change the logo on opportunity market place using appearance tool but unable to do

Hi ,

we don't have visual builder, and we are not on Redwood. as per the advise given on one of the customer thread we are advised to use a appearance tool by activating the sandbox, which we did, but when we try to access that tool on opportunity marketplace, the tool is not available. can anyone advise on it?


and also if any one can advise if we have any other ways to accomplish our requirement.
