I have a requirement where I want to make the Phone Type Value 'Home Work Mobile' as Mandatory and others as optional when we Hire an Employee. I found the below note with a similar requirement but this did not work for me,

I saw a response was given to make the Phone Type list of values mandatory based on lookup value code.




I am using the below EL Expression as suggested in the note above
