Do assignments in Oracle Learn built on people criteria or analysis reports automatically look at all positions a user has in HCM?

In our HCM system a person can have up to 3 active positions. When an assignment is made using people criteria or analysis reports, will the assignment be made to people who match the criteria in position 2 or 3 in addition to position 1.
