Training supplier is not getting displayed in offering page

We have two business Units/Legal Entity configured in Cloud

As an admin I have Created (Work in Legal entity/Business Unit A) Training Suppliers and Loaded all the offering details for both A & B . BIP reports fetching the data correctly

But when Training Admin of Bahrain (Work in Legal entity/Business Unit B)  logs in navigate offering à Facilitator Field à Training Supplier Not able to see the Supplier Assigned to the offering. while creating editing the course he/she not able to see any training supplier created by me they can only see the suppliers created by them.
