Hi,
Can anyone explain why the Routing attribute 1 having the 'Received from Email ID' and IDR email in the Invoice dashboard results page?
We didn't pass these values for Routing attribute 1 in the email subject. will it show these email id's by default if system doesn't find any '_' in the subject? If, yes what is expected behavior?
Some times it is not showing IDR email as well, but it is showing any 2 email id's but not sure whether they are 'from email' and 'forwarding email'.!
Could some one confirm the standard behavior?
