Best practice advice for managing content updates

What is the best way update the content? E.g., we had a 2022 version of the content, which we now want to update to 2023.

Option 1 – Replace new content in existing offering.

Process summary:

·       Make old content inactive - or we replace the old content as per notes in next point)

·       Upload new version of content - or I sometimes just replace the existing content file(s) within the content library instead of making old content inactive (e.g., if we have simply updated the original video content with a revised video, we would replace)
