What table is being used for the Context in Descriptive Flexfields?

After creating a context descriptive flexfield I have not able to pull the value for creating a report.
We need to know the table used for the context not only for Outbound reporting but also for Inbound purposes.

I would also like to know the effect if we did not include the context values in the inbound and just included the inner values of the Context.
Example: Context Value: Compliance --- Inner Context Values: Compliance 1/Compliance 2/Compliance 3
