Custom field not visible in career site

Hi community,

As you can see from the screenshot attached we created in "Esperienza lavorativa recruiting" the custom field "Area professionale di attività" that the candidate should see during the application flow in the experience field.


However in the career site, during the application flow it is not visible.

How can I expose the new created field into the application flow?
