Unable to update address in candidate profile for ex-employee

We are experiencing an issue wherein after performing a candidate search and locating the candidate profile we are not able to update the address details.

The address section looks to be read only with no edit buttons. There are edit buttons in other sections such as Personal Info etc.

The candidate profile is type ex-employees.

Please advise how we can update this.
