Renew the learning every year

There are few courses which needs to be renewed for the individuals every year on basis of their completion date

We want to achieve that few courses should be renewed every year based on the completion date of the individual users but when weare trying to achieve it it is not getting renewed.

is there any schedule process which need to be ran or are there any changes which we need to change in config.
