Wanting to know what content Taleo clients have displayed in the "Online Help" tab

Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering what content you have displayed in the "On-line Help" tab (see screen-shot below)  If you have customized content displayed in this section does it open within the Help tab only or a new window?  TIA
