Can we create Position ID in advance and Stage it to be active at a Later date?

Hi Team,

Is it possible to create a New position ID and In advance? maybe for a future date like Next month or so and Schedule it to become active at that Future Date?

Sample Use Case: We have around 100 plus new positions, we want to upload in bulk now (20-Jul) and want it to go-live on future date(1-aug).

Do we have any feature /steps to schedule this?
