How do we add locations corresponding to different LEs in different REQ lines of Same REQ?

Summary: How do we add locations corresponding to different LEs in different REQ lines of the Same REQ? Can we do that without changing preferences?

Content (required): The Business case is that in the same requisition, the Requester should be able to add ship-to locations from two different Legal Entities.

We have a design where we have multiple Legal entities with Inventory Orgs and locations tied to each. Along with it we only have one business unit tagged.

We tried to add different Ship-to locations from different LEs in one single requisitions. But in the Ship to location section, we were only able to search the locations tied to the LE which is there in our requisition preference.
