Interview feedback form request canceled and re-request to same panel-Not allowing

Summary:

We have an issue in ORC interview feedback request action. When the collect feedback is initiated to a specific panelist and later on cancel this request and when tried to resubmit the same request, system is not allowing. Any alternatives on this, how to re initiate the feedback submit to the same panel
