Summary: Can we set Change order approval based on the Po Line cancellation?

Content (required): The business case is that the Client Business Wants the bellow Approval workflows to be in Place:

1. For a Change order -- If Line type = Goods and any PO line Cancelled or PO Cancelled entirely --> in both cases Approval needed
2. For a Change order -- if Line tye = Services -- Any Po Line Cancelled with PO still Open or Entire PO Cancelled --> No Approval Needed

We are trying to find out approval attributes which will help us decide the below:

1. When one or more lines are cancelled but PO is still Open (as it has other lines in Valid status)
