We seem to be experiencing transaction issues with R13(18A) since July upgrade.  This weekend we will be updated again to 18B.  What I would like to happen is improve the user experience with communications about the transactions they perform.  I'm unsure whether this can be achieved with BPM.

Currently, a user performs say a termination on an employee.  The user receives an "Approved" notification.  That's good an all but the user isn't advise if the termination completed successfully or failed.  Is there a way to accomplish that type of transaction communication?
