Why is the invoice lines missing when importing invoices using IDR

Summary:

We completed the setup of IDR and sent multiple invoices to the Oracle provided Email ID. The invoices are getting imported but in incomplete form i.e. It misses the invoice lines. Can anyone help identify the root cause for this?
