Candidate Data Disposal Functionality

Currently we need to follow below steps to Dispose a Candidate Data.

1) Run BI report to extract the Candidate details (to delete)

2) Inactive and Delete Job Applications

3) Delete Candidates

4) Run BI report for candidate details (marked for deletion)

5) Run the Remove Person Information process

We need to know, is there any other standard steps/process available for Candidate Data Disposal ?

Is there any way to automate this Candidate Data Disposal activity ?

Is it feasible to schedule Remove Person Information process ?
