How to hide section from Recruiter that's NOT part of the hiring team?

Requirement:

To make Details section of Requisition only available for the Recruiter of the requisition; other recruiters should not see the Details section

Content (required):

Is this through Page Composer? Can I have the EL expression? Is there a way to get "how to" in creating EL Expressions? Or is there a list of EL Expression we are using?

I need EL Expression to show a section only for the recruiters of the requisition.

Other recruiter that is NOT part of Hiring Team should not see the section.
