CVR not working as expected

Hi,

We have 5 rules in place to handle all accounts that are meant to have an accompanying subledger value:

'if account equals to ****, is a last descendant of XX hierarchy'

We have a 6th rule to cover all other accounts, which are not meant to have a subledger value

'if account does not equal **** (aka account from the other 5 rules), then subledger must = **** (in this case, '0000000')


The 6th rule seems to break the previous 5 rules.


Example

When I make an invalid combination: 12215 and 00000000, I get the correct error ' 'This Account must have a Claims Subledger code.'
