We noticed that whenever a hiring manager user type creates a new req, the "recruiter" field always auto populates with the hiring manager's own name, instead of leaving it blank.

Is there a way to leave it blank please ? and allow the Hiring Managers to populate the correct recruiter when they create a requisition. If it is an empty field then the Hiring Managers will not skip over this field.
