Internal Employee - User Groups

Do we need to create a User Group for internal employee User Accounts

We are implementing Taleo Recruit with HCM Cloud, do I need to create a separate User Group for the internal employee User Accounts or do we just link them to the seeded 'Main Group’ User Group.

Should I make the ‘Main Group’ my default User Group for all user accounts that are created by the integration. We are using OOTB integration.
