Can Segments Be Used In Eloqua Engage?

Hi there: I'm working on setting up Eloqua Engage, in prep for rolling it out to our sales organization and am wondering if there is a way to have segments built out by the marketing team to be used as distribution lists for the sales reps in Engage. I need to have a quick and easy way for the sales people to email a defined set of contacts. I'm hoping there is a better way to do this than uploading .csv files!
