Mark business days

Hellow,

I'm looking for a place in Eloqua where i can remark days on the calender that are forbidden to send emails.

I want to check if it is a business day before the email step.For example, usually Monday it's a business day, but in 10/09 for example it's a holiday here, i don't want email or sms to send in this day.

where can i  mark special dates?

i will be  thankful to learn what are my options
