Manual contact updates to be added to program builder.

We have an internal event and an external call configured for Update Contact, which updates specified fields in Salesforce. When a contact is updated manually in Eloqua, because of a change of email address, for example, the internal event Update Contact is not triggered. This is because an internal event is only triggered from the program builder "CRM Update program".

To ensure the contact is updated in Salesforce, the contact needs to be added to the CRM Update program, for which I've been told I need to create a group or shared list to segment to add to the CRM Update Program.
