Please clarify when you should use the ‘Pre-hire validation’ onboarding transition and when the ‘New hire’ transition, In the training video’s it shows the ‘new-hire’ transition process starting once the Offer has been accepted.

We would like to gather information and documents from the Candidate before his actual Start Date – which process type should I use?
