Eloqua as an email engine

Hi,

Is there any way to use eloqua as an email engine?

The expected process will be the following:

1. Create the segments in a DWH (There are very complicated and data dependant calculations, so we are not able implement the same logic in eloqua)

2. Upload the campaign and contact association to Eloqua (Maybe contacts with only the personalization data and an associated Custom Odject with campaign memebership?)

3. Eloqua executes the campaign

4. Eloqua send back all the campaign results (KPI's) on a contact level to the DWH

5. Repeat on next day

Anybody have an experience about this functionality?
