Email Performance Dashboard Click Map Blank

I'm looking for help on why Eloqua is displaying a link as having no clickthroughs in the Click Map, but in the link click breakdown report it has plenty of clicks.

My first thought was that the clicks were less than one percent of the total clicks, but that's not the case.

Any help is appreciated!
