Insight Reporting and Using Agents
We seem to have a problem with our agents created in Insight where the report does not honor the default prompt. We have many reports that run on a weekly basis and we only want to see the week activity.
Currently when we run the report, it works great and honors the 7 day prompt. After setting up the agent and setting the agent to run, we receive a report that has activity that goes back to 2012!
We've searched through documentation, videos and other help areas and cannot fix the problem. Does anyone have a fix that will work for this problem?
