Choice of Chat application-integration

in Eloqua

We have been researching an ability to integrate a chat solution for our customer support and campaign tracking.  The only item we have been able to find is the WeChat app.  We will not set up an account in China which seems to be the requirement for an enterprise.  Can anyone suggest how they integrate a chat application into their oracle environment that is NOT WeChat?
