Missing CRM ID in Eloqua
Hi team!
We have couple of situations in which the CRM ID in Eloqua campaign canvas in blanked out. All the integration set up is working fine.
1) CRM ID is blanked out, SFDC Campaign doesn't exists in SFDC
2) CRM ID is blanked out, SFDC Campaign name is different in SFDC.
With these changes, I have 2 questions,
1) does deleting the SFDC Campaign in SFDC, blanks out CRM ID in Eloqua Campaign Canvas?
2) Changing/updating SFDC Campaign in SFDC, blanks out CRM ID in Eloqua Campaign Canvas?
