Question regarding the results of an Email Analysis Report in Eloqua Insights
Hi Everyone,
This is my first time posting a question so I appreciate any help in advance. In Insights, I have an Email Analysis by Send Date report. The only filter I have applied is for it to include an analysis on the four Eloqua Campaign ID's I listed. The Issue I am seeing is that out of 30,000+ emails sent, there are about 370 emails listed where the results are blank under Emails Sent and Emails Opened but for Unique Opens it shows as 1. I am attaching an image below as an example. Event though this is happening for a very small percentage of emails, it is happening across all four of the Eloqua Campaign ID's I listed and I would like to be
