Writing data to anonymous records' account objects

in Eloqua

I was asked yesterday if we can start writing data to anonymous visitors who have the eloqua cookie on their browser.  In this case, let's say we have someone hitting our site. We're running ClearBit in the background to help identify company information, which we would like to store on the anonymous person's Account object so we can start to get better aggregate numbers in reporting web data.

Is this doable?
