Chrome not loading Eloqua dynamic content (Similar to Firefox, Safari block)

We encountered an issue today where our landing page that loads dynamic content through scripting that grabs data cards.

After investigation, our partners discovered that Chrome is now blocking the final load of content.
Have you encountered this issue yet? Any solutions being worked out with Eloqua?

This has disabled our entire expert content catalogue.

Sspecifically:

It looks like Google has finally implemented the same features as Firefox. This is a browser issue (see chrome feature article) caused by the way the download page is setup.
