Can Insight produce Unique Sends?

In Eloqua, we are trying to generate reporting surrounding our Contacts' journey which shows Sends, Opens and Clicks by month and also YTD.   We were pulling the raw numbers with segments, but we have a monthly purge template where we remove invalid contacts and others who have become "unmarketable".  Since segments only pull in who is in Eloqua at that moment, the removal of contacts skews any YTD numbers we would pull month-to-month (Simply adding up each monthly total is not an option since we haven't been doing this all year).  So, we were hoping we could turn to Insight
