Changes to Opened Emails from Campaigns & Clicked Emails from Campaigns Segment Criteria (Jan 2017)
Overview
With the arrival of Eloqua release 485 (January 10-22, 2017), we will be making changes to the Opened Emails from Campaigns & Clicked Emails from Campaign segment criteria that result in a faster & more accurate representation of applicable contacts within your segments.
The specific list of segment criteria affected are:
Opened Emails from Campaigns
Not Opened Emails from Campaigns
Clicked Emails from Campaigns
Not Clicked Emails from Campaigns
As a result of these changes, segment criteria may return a higher, but more accurate, number of contacts when used in a filter, segment, or shared filter.
