Product Notice: LinkedIn Campaign Manager App - Re-authentication Required in the App

Overview

All customers currently using the LinkedIn Campaign Manager App, for either LinkedIn Matched Audiences Action Service or LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms Audience Service, will need to re-authenticate all LinkedIn credentials to ensure their users can continue using the app’s functionality. Re-authentication will need to be completed by April 10, 2020 to continue to leverage the functionality.

What’s changing?

LinkedIn has changed to how they handle permissions within their platform. As a result, a change has been to Eloqua’s Campaign Manager App in order to adhere with LinkedIn’s new permissions. Permissions are authorization consents to access LinkedIn resources, and your application must have appropriate permissions for it to be able to access data. Here is a
