Mapping Eloqua fields to SFDC

Hello!

I've been tasked to map the following fields from Eloqua to Salesforce ... but for only individuals listed as Country = UK or France ...

Fields include;

SYSTEM- Opt-In Source 

SYSTEM – Single Opt-in date 

SYSTEM – Double Opt-in date

SYSTEM – Subscription status

In terms of this seemingly simple task - is it a case of just mapping within the 'App' section of Eloqua to Salesforce - and if so, would it be in 'Marketing Activities' within Salesforce Integration mapping window? AND also would I need to create a segment first, capture those that are opted in / double opt-in within UK and France - push them to a new program - into SFDC?
