Ability to call REST API within campaign/program with payload

Hi There,

We would like to call an Oracle Integration Cloud integration that accepts an input payload from within a campaign/program.

Before sending an email, we need to perform some complex data updates and would like to call an integration and send a payload of parameters that would be used in the integration's logic.

The current OIC app for Eloqua does not support this and there is no native way to call a REST API from within a campaign/program and cannot find anything useful on the app store.

Are there apps available that would allow us to call a REST API and send a dynamic payload?
