Eloqua Insight (OBIEE) - Does anyone know how to create a field that converts a week number to date

I'm trying to do some reporting and will be aggregating on the week number. However, no one likes to look at the week number, they need an actual reference date to jog their memory?

Does anyone know of a quick and dirty way to do this by formula so that I can create a field for reporting?
