Total Form Submission in Campaign Analysis Overview is not showing any Data even Form Submitted ?

hello,

I have created a campaign also campaign has ended the campaign is working fine, but If I go to the campaign analytics report, it will not show any data of the total form Submitted but the Form is submitted I don't know what the problem is

But in a form analytics report it shows the data field and all the info about it only in the campaign analytics report see this

and also you can see in form submission data

Can anyone figure out whats the problem
