Here are the highlights:

  • Real-time CDP profile data for personalization/targeting: Oracle Infinity’s integration with Unity CDP has been enhanced to pass any CDP attribute (ex. customer life-time value, product propensity, purchase/engagement history) in real-time to inform personalized content experiences 
  • Expansion of Organization-Based Access Controls: Data governance controls for organizations have been expanded to the jobs dashboard as well as the intelligence workbench
