Hiding elements of the requistion for Hiring Managers?

We want only certain fields/forms available to hiring managers - what's the best way to do this?

Hi all,

We have a request to only allow certain fields/forms to be viewed by Hiring Managers when triggering a requisition.

In the screenshot example, we don't want 'External Services' to show for Hiring Managers but do for Recruiters/HR.

I've had a look through some release notes bout how to acheive without much luck unfortuantely....
