Hello,

we are about to upgrade in 18B and I'm searching to understand what Instructors can do autonomously in Fusion, in terms of give them access in order to, for example, register the presence/absence of learners for courses where they are instructors, update their personal data etc. Instructors in 18B can be only users that are register in HR Core and we still doesn't support external instructors (in 18C we should have this functionality).
