Is it possible to control the size of a photo image in HCM?  Our HR departments take pictures of employees for their badges.  Those pictures are HDL uploaded to the employees on a recurring basis.  Although employees can upload a photo(by the way I have an SR to find all navigations points to accomplish and we want that stopped) their photo sizes are different.  That is even true with some of our remote sites.  Managers since R13(18B) are noticing on the absence approval emails small pictures, medium pictures, large pictures.

We want A) either no matter the size of the photo HCM will reduce it down to X size or
