Hi All , 

          I just want to check how you are handling and capturing verbal offers in your system . For us , the verbal offer functionality needs to be part of RSOffer step but it is not possible to update the RSOffer step . So one option i am thinking is using the "Create Self-assigned task"  functionality to capture the verbal offer details while the CSW will flow through the seeded statuses . 

Please let me know any other options you are using .
