No result when recruiter find the candidate in the candidate search.

Summary:

When the recruiter search for candidate in the candidate search, there is no results found. We are using a custom recruiter role and the data security was set to "view by country" which is the same set up before and no issue encountered before when searching candidate in the candidate search.
