Summary:

We are having trouble uploading attachments to document records from the task list in an employee's Journey.

We are experiencing an error (PER-1532709) as the new hire trying to attach and upload a document to their employee record from the task in the new hire's journey AND as the manager trying to attach and upload a document to their direct report's employee record. Both tasks are set up to allow attachments - with the former to be performed by the worker (new hire) and the latter to be performed by the line manager. We are receiving an error in both scenarios.
