Line Manager is Unable to View Tasks assigned to Direct Reports in My Staff Task

Summary:

The problem is, as Line Manager, they are unable to see tasks/requests come from Line Manager's direct reports' Team.

For example: MANAGER A has 5 direct reports. One of these is MANAGER A1. MANAGER A1 has 4 direct reports as well. MANAGER A should see all requests come from MANAGER A1's direct reports.

In my understanding it is possible to see all these requests in MY WORKLIST - MY STAFF TASK.

The problem is that all our Line Manager (i.e MANAGER A) don't see these types of requests. They see only their direct reports' requests.
