National identifiers

As of now we are capturing National identifiers at add pending worker, edit pending and convert pending worker level which is basically a drop down option with values that can be added however adding values are not a mandatory option and there is no validation as such

we will require Pan Card and Aadhar card a National identifier to be made a mandate value in the above mentioned screen and will also need a validation of the values if added
